How to Cook: Pan-seared Salmon


  • salmon filet
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • lemon
  • salt
  • pepper


Squeeze lemon over salmon filet and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. When the pan is heated, add salmon. Cook 4 minutes, then flip. Cook 4 minutes more. The fish will be slightly golden and firm to the touch.
